A couple of months ago the lovely Jasmine from Sweetaholic Beauty put the call out for bloggers to participate in a Halloween swap. My swap partner was Sunshine from Little Miss SCB and here is my Halloween swap haul.
Love the attention to detail! Sunshine wrapped every makeup item in beautiful pink and purple tissue paper (two of my favourite colours too!). I really appreciate the effort!
Above: the makeup items that Sunshine picked out for me! I absolutely love everything and they are definitely products that I would have picked myself!
Blushes: I love blushes, but surprisingly it’s the makeup product that I have the least of in my
hoarders pile makeup collection. The products above (left to right) are Australis blush in ‘Rosy Cheeks’, Bourjois blush in ‘Rose Coupe De Foudre’ and Australis Paparazzi Perfect blush in ‘Screen Siren’.
Sunshine and I filled out a little questionnaire for each other, so we would know what each other liked. Of course, I put down blush as one of my favourite products. The Bourjois blush was actually my wishlist item (thank you so much!). I feel bad that I wasn’t able to get one of Sunshine’s wishlist products (MAC lipstick) because if I had, there wouldn’t have been much left in the budget for other goodies!
Lip products: pictured above (left to right) Essence lip liners in ’07 cute pink’, ’10 Femme Fatale’ and ’04 honey bun’, Revlon lipstick in ‘Black cherry’, Essence stay with me long lasting lip gloss (mouthful haha) in ‘Pretty Witty’ and Savvy by DB lipstick in ‘Guava’
I love how the lip liners kind of match the lipsticks! I haven’t actually tried essence lip liners before, so I can’t wait to try them.
Other items: False eyelashes, Skull and cross earrings from Colette by Colette Hayman and some beauty samples.
I was totally spoiled with Halloween candy! Sunshine was way too generous with the candy! I wish I had added more to hers now!
Thank you Jasmine for organising the swap and Sunshine for all they amazing goodies! I can’t wait to read her post!
Check out what I got Sunshine here.
